To Experience the Beauty of Orchids

As a member of the Orchid Societies Council of Victoria (OSCOV), the Southern Suburbs Orchid Society (SSOS) participated in OSCOV’s 24th Annual Melbourne Orchid Spectacular  – “Experience the Beauty of Orchids“, which was held from Friday 25th – Sunday 27th August, 2017 at the Boxhall Pavilion, KCC Park, 655 Westernport Highway, Skye.

Below: SSOS won two prizes and a Champion prize for Cymbidium Sarah Jean ‘Jennifer’. These included:

Champion Cymbidium – Small Flower – Hybrid (Non-commercial),

1st Prize – Small Cymbidium Flower – Hybrid Pure Colour Type; and

1st Prize Small Cymbidium Flower – Hybrid Specimen (min 6 interflorescences)
