The Judges Vote | The Popular Vote

At most SSOS meetings, members have an opportunity to ‘bench’ their flowering orchids for judging. We also allow our members to vote for their favourite plant on show at each monthly meeting as well.

• On most occasions, what the “people” like is vastly different to what the Judges like, but occasionally everyone agrees! and at the first meeting for 2018, the voting was unanimous in both categories and this beautiful flowering Stanhopea tigrina won the Best in Open Section, the Judges, Vote and the Popular Vote. Well done Herbert!
