Autumn Leaves Come Tumbling Down as Our Orchids Bloom From the Ground

The Southern Suburbs Orchid Society (SSOS) May meeting heralds a special event in our calendar – The Annual Autumn Show. Members are encouraged to bring along their flowering plants for this highly awarded event.

As a social event SSOS will be providing refreshments including hot finger food during the night. This meeting will be a great opportunity for members to get together and discuss their passion and fascination with orchids.

  • The images above include a variety of orchids which were benched at our April meeting and may be indicative of the calibre of orchids on show for our Annual Autumn Meeting.

When:  Wednesday 2nd May, 2018 – 8.00 p.m. start
Where: N.G.Wishart Senior Citizens Hall, 964 Nepean Hwy, Moorabbin. (Melways Ref. Map 77: D6)
