Orchids grow all year round so it is not difficult to find something flowering during every month of the year. At Southern Suburbs Orchid Society (SSOS), members grow a wide variety of orchids and seldom have difficulties finding something to bench each month. Here are some examples of what we exhibited in our monthly competition for judging in 2024.
March
There were 49 entries to choose from when members placed their votes in the March virtual voting competition. There was 1 entry in Novice, 25 in Intermediate and 23 in the Open Section.
February
There were 60 entries to choose from when members placed their votes in the February virtual voting competition. There was 1 entry in Novice, 27 in Intermediate and 32 in the Open Section.
January
There were 49 entries to choose from when members placed their votes in the January virtual voting competition. There were 3 entries in Novice, 24 in Intermediate and 22 in the Open Section.
